Egg Rolls:

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, pepper jack, bacon, and diced jalapeños.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls

  1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the lower third of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
  4. Brush the top corner with beaten egg and roll tightly to seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
