Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres properly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 4 tbsp melted butter, ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, and black pepper until a thick paste forms.
  3. Brush the ranch butter mixture generously over all sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Combine Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese with 1 tbsp melted butter, then press the mixture firmly onto the top of each chicken breast.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the edges are golden-brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
