Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and rice vinegar until emulsified. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon cubes extremely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness. In a large mixing bowl, toss the salmon with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between pieces for airflow. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the exterior is charred and crisp.
- Transfer the hot salmon bites to a clean bowl and gently toss with the chilled Bang Bang sauce using silicone tongs.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
