Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and rice vinegar until emulsified. Set aside.
  2. Pat the salmon cubes extremely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness. In a large mixing bowl, toss the salmon with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between pieces for airflow. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the exterior is charred and crisp.
  4. Transfer the hot salmon bites to a clean bowl and gently toss with the chilled Bang Bang sauce using silicone tongs.
  5. Garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
