Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen beef meatballs (pre-cooked)
- 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl or directly in the slow cooker, whisk together the bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
- Add the frozen meatballs to the sauce and stir until every meatball is fully coated.
- Cover and cook on Low for 3–4 hours or High for 1.5–2 hours until meatballs are heated through.
- Uncover the slow cooker for the final 30 minutes of cooking to allow the sauce to reduce into a sticky, clinging glaze.
