Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup MCT oil, melted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the softened butter, melted MCT oil, and coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the fats together until the mixture is a smooth, pale yellow consistency with no visible streaks of oil.
- Stir in the instant coffee, collagen peptides, and salt until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is mahogany colored.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and drop 6 equal mounds onto the paper using a scoop or tablespoon.
- Gently roll the mounds into spheres using your fingers or a spoon.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes until they are flash set and firm to the touch.
- Move the tray to the refrigerator for 45 minutes until they are completely hard.
- Transfer the finished Bulletproof Coffee Bombs to an airtight container.
