Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup MCT oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the softened butter, melted MCT oil, and coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk the fats together until the mixture is a smooth, pale yellow consistency with no visible streaks of oil.
  3. Stir in the instant coffee, collagen peptides, and salt until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is mahogany colored.
  4. Line a tray with parchment paper and drop 6 equal mounds onto the paper using a scoop or tablespoon.
  5. Gently roll the mounds into spheres using your fingers or a spoon.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes until they are flash set and firm to the touch.
  7. Move the tray to the refrigerator for 45 minutes until they are completely hard.
  8. Transfer the finished Bulletproof Coffee Bombs to an airtight container.
