Instructions:
- Combine the shredded purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
