Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
Instructions:
- In the Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to break up any large clumps.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; use a handheld frother to blend into a thick, smooth paste.
- Slowly pour in the whole milk and heavy cream, frothing or whisking vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous and glossy.
- Level the top of the mixture with a spoon to ensure the surface is flat.
- Secure the lid firmly and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer, lock it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl, and select the 'Ice Cream' function.
- If the consistency is crumbly, add 1 tbsp of whole milk to the center and select the 'Re-Spin' function.
- Create a hole in the center of the ice cream, add chocolate chips or cocoa nibs, and select the 'Mix-In' function.
