- 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and dry mustard. Whisk vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved to ensure a smooth texture.
- Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the vinegar mixture. Start whisking from the center, gradually pulling in the fats until the mixture is glossy and perfectly smooth.
- Whisk in the celery seed, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before tossing with cabbage.
