Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 large (120g) frozen banana, broken into thirds
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1 pinch (1g) fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and lime juice into the blender carafe first to create lubrication for the blades.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks and frozen mangoes on top of the liquid to push ingredients down and prevent air pockets.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is velvety and uniform.
