Ingredients:
- 4 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 0.5 cup Chicken bone broth
- 16 oz Full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- 0.25 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Shred 4 cups of rotisserie chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Place the chicken into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour 0.5 cup of chicken bone broth over the meat.
- Cut 16 oz of softened cream cheese into cubes and scatter them over the chicken.
- Add 1 cup of ranch dressing and 0.5 cup of sour cream to the pot.
- Pour in 1 cup of Frank's RedHot Original Sauce, ensuring it covers the dairy components.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic powder and 0.5 tsp onion powder over the surface.
- Set the slow cooker to LOW. Cook for 1 hour 30 mins until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
- Stir in 2 cups of sharp cheddar and 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese halfway through the cook time.
- Stir the mixture vigorously until the sauce is orange and uniform.
- Top with 0.25 cup of sliced green onions just before serving.
