Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Lightly grease the interior of a 6-quart slow cooker with olive oil and spread the frozen meatballs evenly across the bottom in a single or double layer.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the glaze mixture evenly over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours (or HIGH for 2 hours) until the sauce reaches a glossy, syrupy consistency.
- Gently stir the meatballs with tongs to ensure they are fully coated in the reduction, then turn the slow cooker to the 'Warm' setting.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds immediately before serving.
