Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Fairlife Nutrition Plan shake
  • 1 scoop (30g) cake batter protein powder
  • 1 tbsp (12g) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) almond extract
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) milk (optional, for re-spin)

Instructions:

  1. Add the protein shake, protein powder, pudding mix, almond extract, and salt directly into the Ninja Creami pint. Use a handheld frother to mix until the liquid is completely smooth and no clumps of powder remain.
  2. Place the pint on a level surface in your freezer and freeze for a full 24 hours.
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer. If there is a bump in the middle, scrape it flat with a spoon. Place the pint into the outer bowl and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' function. If the texture is powdery, add 1 tbsp (15ml) of milk and select 'Re-Spin'.
  4. Using a spoon, dig a 1-inch wide hole down to the bottom of the pint and pour in the rainbow sprinkles, then process again to incorporate.
