Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon juice in a small bowl until the mixture is glossy and uniform.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a Ziploc bag, pour the marinade over the fish, seal, and massage gently to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. For Air Fryer: Arrange fillets in the basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes until internal temperature hits 135°F (57°C). For Oven: Bake on a lined tray at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
