Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup (115g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop (30g) Salted Caramel protein powder
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 pinch (1g) fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30g) crushed pretzels

Instructions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese and milk into a blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible curds.
  2. Add the protein powder, caramel syrup, and fine salt. Blend on low for 30 seconds just until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint, ensuring you do not exceed the Max Fill line.
  4. Use a spatula to flatten the top of the liquid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
  5. Remove the pint from the freezer and process on the Light Ice Cream setting.
  6. If the texture is powdery, add 1 tbsp (15ml) of milk to the center and select the Respin setting.
  7. Create a hole in the center, add crushed pretzels and flaky salt, then process on the Mix-In setting for one cycle.
