Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Fairlife skim milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or casein-blend protein powder
  • 1 tbsp (15g) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.25 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
  • 0.25 cup (30g) mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine the filtered milk, protein powder, pudding mix, peppermint extract, salt, and food coloring in a blender or mixing bowl. Whisk on high until the powder is fully integrated and the liquid is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint, ensuring you do not exceed the max fill line.
  3. Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze for a full 24 hours, ensuring the top of the liquid is frozen flat.
  4. Remove the pint from the freezer, place it into the outer bowl, and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program.
  5. If the edges look crumbly or powdery, add 1 tbsp of milk to the center and select the 'Re-spin' function.
  6. Using a spoon, dig a hole about 1 inch wide down to the bottom of the pint. Pour in the dark chocolate chips.
  7. Place the pint back in the machine and select the 'Mix-in' program to distribute the chocolate.
