Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Fairlife skim milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or casein-blend protein powder
- 1 tbsp (15g) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 0.25 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 drop green food coloring
- 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
- 0.25 cup (30g) mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine the filtered milk, protein powder, pudding mix, peppermint extract, salt, and food coloring in a blender or mixing bowl. Whisk on high until the powder is fully integrated and the liquid is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint, ensuring you do not exceed the max fill line.
- Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze for a full 24 hours, ensuring the top of the liquid is frozen flat.
- Remove the pint from the freezer, place it into the outer bowl, and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program.
- If the edges look crumbly or powdery, add 1 tbsp of milk to the center and select the 'Re-spin' function.
- Using a spoon, dig a hole about 1 inch wide down to the bottom of the pint. Pour in the dark chocolate chips.
- Place the pint back in the machine and select the 'Mix-in' program to distribute the chocolate.
