Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs frozen beef meatballs
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen beef meatballs directly into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the bourbon, brown sugar, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Pour the bourbon glaze over the meatballs in the slow cooker, stirring gently to ensure every meatball is fully coated.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or on High for 2 hours.
