Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Fairlife 2% milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or casein blend protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the milk, protein powder, pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla bean paste, and salt directly in the Ninja Creami pint.
- Use a handheld frother to blend until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Secure the lid tightly and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit on the counter for 5–10 minutes to soften the outer edges.
- Place the pint into the outer bowl, lock it into the machine, and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program.
- If the result is powdery, add 1 tbsp of milk and select the 'Re-Spin' function for a smooth finish.
