Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or casein blend protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the milk, protein powder, pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla bean paste, and salt directly in the Ninja Creami pint.
  2. Use a handheld frother to blend until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
  4. Remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit on the counter for 5–10 minutes to soften the outer edges.
  5. Place the pint into the outer bowl, lock it into the machine, and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program.
  6. If the result is powdery, add 1 tbsp of milk and select the 'Re-Spin' function for a smooth finish.
